Meet Mary Caitlin

Hi! I’m Mary Caitlin, also known as “MC,” and I’m the driving force behind MSea Properties. I’m a Bladen County native, but spend my summers on the Brunswick Beaches. My fondest memories are at my grandparents’ home on the intracoastal waterway in Holden Beach and I am passionate about helping other people create those memories. My goal is to be the bridge between the home owner and the tourist - making both parties’ dreams come true. My passion is forming relationships with people and providing top tier hospitality. My career started in public relations with a focus on the tourism and hospitality industry. I am now a practicing Registered Nurse, but MSea Properties allows me to have the best of both worlds and get back to my hospitality and marketing roots. I have worked with a boutique nationwide property manager and am now offering my services to the area I call home. I provide a “boots-on-the-ground” approach for vacation property owners who want to earn income from short-term rentals without spending their precious time managing their listing. I also strive to form lasting relationships with guests, who will continue to book your property for years to come. From designing beautiful, relaxing spaces, listing, pricing, scheduling, guest communication, and cleaning, MSea Properties offers a turn-key property hosting service with a luxury, boutique touch.
