We help you prepare your home for listing, market it, and ensure you keep your calendar booked as much as you’d like. We use our own expertise along with market research to ensure your property stands out, attracts the guests that you want and you maximize your potential rental income.

Personalized, consistent customer service.

Homeowners will receive regular walk-through videos of their property after each cleaning and be abreast of any crucial communication. Guests will receive professional, consistent communication and the same hospitality with each visit. Our goal is repeat bookings, year after year!

You make money - stress free.

Homeowners can be involved as much or as little as they’d like to be in the rental process. We keep you in the loop of bookings, needed regular maintenance, and any ways to potentially increase revenue, but you don’t have to deal with the constant guest communication. You can relax knowing your home is great hands and you are making money.

FAQs

Can I rent my property and still use it for myself?

Yes! You can rent your property as much or as little as you’d like. For the Brunswick Beaches and the Grand Strand, “peak season” is from May-September and most properties rent out by the week, but we can block off weeks for your family to enjoy while still maximizing your profit on other weeks. We can work to ensure that you can always use your property when you’d like and that it will be ready for you to use!

Is someone going to be on-site at my property if needed?

Yes! We are just a short 60 miles from each of the Brunswick Beaches and can be on-site within an hour if needed. We also have local contacts that can be on-site even sooner when needed. With weekly walk-throughs and turnover cleanings, we are able to ensure that your property is in pristine condition and nothing is damaged in between guests.

How do you manage finances for hosts?

We keep organized records of all financial documents related to your listing to ensure that you maximize your investment and your finances are in order when tax season rolls around. Similar to traditional property management, we charge a percentage of the booking fee for our services, in addition to cleaning fees. Any regular maintenance, repairs, or needed supplies are at the homeowners expense; however, we coordinate with local trusted professionals to ensure your property is maintained and your guests have what they need for an excellent stay. Your rental income goes directly to you.

Am I going to have to renovate my property?

Not necessarily! Obviously a certain aesthetic attracts more guests, but there are many ways a property can be “upgraded” for minimal expenses. We can connect you with design rendering services, local vendors and inexpensive solutions that can make any property appear luxurious. We think outside of the box to find ways to upgrade the guest experience without emptying your pockets. From wallpaper, murals, elegant accent pieces, and even higher-quality linen - we give your guests a 5-star-resort experience in your vacation home.

Can you help me find a vacation home?

Yes! We work with local realtors that are experts in the coastal Carolinas to help you find the perfect property for your family. We will shop alongside you, assisting with market research to find the property that will maximize your investment as a short-term rental. From finding the ideal location, projecting potential revenue, and offering guidance through the purchasing process.

Do I have to turn over all aspects of managing my short-term rental?

Some home owners don’t want to hand over every aspect of their vacation rental - and that’s okay! We can offer as much or as few services as you’d like! Maybe you just need a consistent cleaner or maybe you don’t enjoy researching the local market for best pricing - no worries! We can offer a-la-carte services to best suit your needs.
