I’m the owner and founder of MSea Properties and one half of the “MCs”. My husband, Michael Campbell, and I are residents of Bladen County but consider ourselves “locals” when it comes to the Brunswick Beaches. I grew up spending the majority of my summers at my grandparents’ home on the ICW in Holden Beach or with friends at Ocean Isle Beach or Sunset. I love the area, the people and the beaches and I spend way too many hours looking at vacation rentals and real estate in the area - which led to the inception of MSea Properties. But let’s start at the beginning…

In 2014, I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications with a specialization in Public Relations. I spent most of my time in college working within the golf and tourism industry. Upon graduation, I moved back to Southeastern N.C. and began working as a marketing professional for the next 4 years. In 2018, I pursued a new career as a registered nurse and began working during the COVID-19 pandemic as an Emergency Department nurse. I still currently practice as an ER nurse leader and educator. Nursing is my passion and I don’t believe I could ever not be a nurse, but I still felt the itch to get back into the marketing and hospitality business.

When I’m not at work, I love to travel and spend time at the beach. Our family rents homes at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach a few times each year and I’ve seen how great a rental can be, and how not great it can be. I find it frustrating the lack of hospitality and detail that some of the larger property management groups provide, but understand that owner-direct rentals are not always feasible for some home owners. This is where co-hosting comes in and I can bridge the gap. I have served as an unofficial consultant to several people buying homes for short-term rental properties due to my knowledge of the area and the demographic of people that rent here and as such, MSea Properties was born.

With attention to detail, exceptional hospitality and providing a luxury guest experience, we can ensure that your calendar is booked, your property is protected, and your return-on-investment is worth it. I strive to form relationships with home owners and earn their trust as an expert in short-term-rentals, as well as forming relationships with guests so they want to come back to your property, year after year.
